How do I return an item?

In the first instance, please contact us for more information on returning an item.

We, at Compass Audio UK, take customer service very seriously. As such, you can return any item if not 100% satisfied for refund or exchange, less all postage and packaging costs, within 30 days of receipt for whatever reason you like.

Refund will be given if the returned item is unused and in perfect and resalable condition or if the item is faulty.

Please note, customer is responsible for returning the item, including shipping costs and insurance.
Please obtain a tracking number as well as proof of posting otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any loss in transit.


Wherever you are in the world, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for refund or exchange.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

Please note: all return shipping & insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and it is recommended that proof of posting be obtained also.

The original shipping costs will also be refunded if:
(a) the item you receive is different to that ordered, or
(b) the item you receive is damaged or faulty.

All refunds will be issued via original payment method within 1 or 2 working days of receiving item(s).
