Shipping Details

Customer orders are shipped promptly and free of charge within the UK and shipping costs abroad are kept to a minimum.

We aim to despatch orders the same day if order received by 2pm.

If the items in your order qualify for ‘Free Shipping’ then you will not have to pay for shipping unless you request a special delivery or tracked service such as courier or Next Day Special Delivery in UK or International Tracked & Signed-For with tracking.


Royal Mail 24 / First Class, Royal Mail 24 Signed-For / First Class Recorded and Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed. Courier for heavy items over 2kg.


We offer the following services to our international buyers:
Airmail, Tracked (if available), International Signed-For, International Tracked & Signed-For priority service with tracking and insured Courier.

Please note – the delivery of your order depends on your local postal service in your own country and is therefore beyond our control. Please contact us if there is any delay in the delivery of your order and we will try to track the order if at all possible and advise you as best we can.

Occasionally, the local postman may not inform customers of a failed delivery, so we would also advise customers to contact their local postal service or post office.


Very rarely are items lost in the post and a Certificate of Posting is always obtained for every order shipped.

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their purchase(s) both quickly and in a safe and secure manner. If your item is not delivered within 4-5 working days of placing your order, please let us know. Of course, international shipping may take considerably longer so your patience would be very much appreciated. It may also be worth checking at your local post office where most missing items are held before being returned to sender several weeks later.

We guarantee every customer will receive their item or a replacement or full refund. Please note, however, the Royal Mail will only consider a claim for lost or missing goods in the UK 15 working days after posting (10 days for Special Delivery). International shipping claims must be submitted at least 20 working days for items posted to European countries and 25 working days posted to the rest of the world.

All our products are packaged with care and should reach you in perfect condition. Please let us know if goods are damaged in transit as soon as possible so that we can claim for compensation from the couriers.

We offer domestic and worldwide combined POSTAGE DISCOUNTS on multiple items ordered and shipped at the same time.
